Jenny in My Apartment, Paris 1978 by Helmut Newton is a 20" x 16" vintage gelatin silver photograph of a nude. The model, Jenny Capitain, is in a pair of high-heeled shoes and poses with her hands at the back of her neck.

The original collector purchased the photograph directly from Newton in 1982 from the photographer's series Private Property Suite III. The black-and- white photograph has Helmut Newton's copyright stamp, title of photograph, date, and signature by the artist on verso (back of work).

Artist’s Bio:

Famed fashion photographer Helmut Newton (1920-2004) shot provocative black-and-white photographs of models for Vogue while also known as a fine-art photographer. Vogue USA’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour once described Newton's work as “synonymous with Vogue at its most glamorous and mythic.” Newton resided in France, later in California (LA), and was married to photographer Alice Springs.
