Refund Policy for 99Prints NYC

Refunds for a return or an exchange must be initiated within 5 business days from delivery (arrival) date of the art to the collector.

All art must be returned in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. In the event a collector wishes to return a piece, a 10% restocking fee applies but waived on exchanges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges for both returns and exchanges.

International returns or exchanges: Any international customs' duties and transaction/currency fees (bank processing) are not refunded.

Made-to-order or customized pieces: No returns.
