Refund Policy for 99Prints NYC

Refunds for a return or an exchange must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery (arrival) date of the art to the collector.

In the event a collector wishes to return a piece, the art must be returned in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns but not charged on exchanges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and is not reimbursed for the original shipping cost on either a refund or an exchange.

International orders: Any international customs' duties and transaction/currency fees (bank processing) are not refunded.

Made-to-order or customized pieces: No returns.
