A unique print of Louise Bourgeois, in her studio, New York City, 1992 by Jean-Michel Voge. This is a 17" x 23" archival pigment print on Japanese Awagami handmade paper in an edition of 1 -- signed by the photographer, titled, and dated on the photo back.

One of the most celebrated 20th Century artists, French-American woman artist, painter, printmaker, and sculptor Louise Bourgeois (1911-2010) at 81 years old was photographed in 1992 in her studio in New York. The female artist's indomitable spirit and energy shine through an authentic smile and mischievous eyes. The sculptures in the background form a modern backdrop against which the subject is very much at home in the studio space.
